"do you think they will get along?" asks Eleanor amused by the way her daughter is looking at the other girl.

"we can only hope so" answers lily whispering with a smile, her blue eyes following those little two girls.

"yow eyes are tho blue" she grumbles trying to pick Serena's eyes, they look pwetty. Serena who is frozen in place, with her eyes following the tip of Blair's finger mumbles a thank you and keeps staring at the girl before her. An hour later the girls were having their own tea party, a little chubby boy approaches them taking the third seat next to the girls, even before speaking he managed to earn a glare from Blair. Serena who is genuinely so nice never tried shooing people away before it was the more the merrier to her. Blair turns in her plastic chair to face the chubby thing is wearing a bow tie matching his blazer.

"so girls"

"thut up" her voice jumping up two tunes. Trying to glue back her Barbie head back, the one she snapped when she saw chuck owing their way.

"b-but" his tears where threatening to spill down.

"can he play with us?" she whispers pulling the hem of Blair's dress making sure the chubby kid does hear her. Blair turns to her locking her eyes with the blonde who have a huge grin on her face.

"Okay" the sound of her Barbie head snapping back finally. She eyes the table before her picking up a cup grudgingly and setting it in front of him. The blonde picks up the tea pot and pours him some.

"yow haf ten minthes" warns Blair after setting another plate in front of him next to the tea one, for biscuits.

Blair picks up her cup impatiently, her dark brown eyes peering from behind her cup, on one chubby kid.

"chuck...time ith up" the bottom of her plastic cup hitting the plate down.

He knows better than to argue with her, he stands up and politely returns the chair to it's place. The last time he did that, Blair hanged him by his feet to a tree.

Blair has always been the kind of kid who likes to spend her time alone, she likes the company of other kids but not all of them and not all time. She doesn't like being so touchy feely as all the other girls she know, yuck just yuck the whole idea doesn't appeal to her at all. Blair's chain of thoughts gets broken when she feels a tiny hand covering her's. Wait this is different; this girl's hand is different somehow. Serena seems like she didn't mean to hold her hand, maybe she is just so excited. Okay she can do hugging as well, she decides that after Serena wrapped her up in her arms, the only thing that is making her do this is that it makes Serena smile, just that! It doesn't feel good or anything nope.

Blair dragged the blonde with her, their dresses swaying left and right as they descend the stairs to her room where Dorota have laid down a couple of crayons and papers on the ground for them. She sits down on her knees waiting for her new friend to settle down beside her.

Their little hands grabbing the colors and they started coloring in silent, it takes a while before Serena's eyes look puzzled, her eyes scanning her paper. Blair noticed the lack of movement next to her and looked over to the blonde, Serena wanted to paint the girl's hair in brown. She looks down to her hand to notice that she is the one who is using that color. Sitting back on her knees again Blair takes the crayon in her hand splitting it in two. She hands the blonde the other piece to gain back a huge grin, she likes this! Everything she does seems to make her happy.

Its not until late at night when Serena is in her bright pink pajamas and clenching her teddy bear that Blair knows that she wants this girl to be around for a while, the tiny blonde settled next to Blair in bed and this time it was Blair who held her hand, with a smile they drifted off to sleep.
