I've had this idea for a long time . . . and I'm bored now, so I'm gonna try and type it out. This one's for KaitoIceCream, who is awesome in her own special way. Don't worry, I'm gonna beta her so I'll try to keep her clean.
As we sat on the cliffs edge, the sun sinking beautifully over the horizon and unleashing magnificent streaks of reds, yellows, and everything in between over the crashing dark blue Pacific that reached up beneath us, hundreds of feet below. I opened my mouth and spoke the words that where the reason I would die for him.
"I love you."
"As I love you." He replied. But he didn't look at me, he starred out to the sun, lost in thought.
His face was hard, and I felt the need to look away. So I instead gazed down at the dark green knitted blanket he had wrapped snugly around me, and his muscular, pale stone arms wrapped protectively on top.
Finally, I couldn't take it anymore, "Edward?"
"Yes?" . . . "What are you thinking about?" He hesitated for a second, I wasn't sure what that meant.
He looked me in the eye and made sure I was listening to him. Then, what he said next shattered my world . . .
Alright, now those of you who have been wondering why I haven't been updating lately, this is the reason why: I have gone insane. Or at least I'm about to, I hardly have time to breathe, much less do things that I want to do. Here are just some of the things I have going on right now. 1.) Science test, two. On frog dissection, we have a written quiz where we memorize 20 frog parts and where they go, and a hands-on quiz where we actually have to dissect a frog and pick out 40 parts. (If I pass out on that one, I probably won't tell you about it, but KaitoIceCream probably will. Not only do we go to the same school, but we're in the same grade.) 2.) Social Studies test, not only do we have a regular test but we also have a map quiz on landforms, rivers, deserts, etc. (Pray for me!) 3.) My dog. I gotta house train her or my mom will end up selling her . . . . or shooting her, whichever comes first. (Joke, I'm kidding!) 4.) Math. I just got put on the Academic Team. It was fun last year but so far it's not this year. (Because of the different teachers probably.) 5.) Band. I'm thinking about joining the band, not sure, but I might. I was in it for two years, but then quit because I didn't want to be in marching band (no one told me you can be in just concert band!) One problem, the director hates me now. Once all this is out of the way, I'll probably pick up on updating. Sorry!
