As the lights were switched around the corpse, the pattering rain was illuminated. Many different police officers swarmed the area, but all Gwen Cooper's attention was centred on Andy. After a vaguely knew Sargent ahead offered her a cup of steaming hot coffee, she had slipped under the tape dividing the body and the public. Not that anyone was out on a night like this. "Who is it?" Gwen asked, "Dunno, some bloke," it was easy to tell the disinterest in Andy's voice. Yes, he was meant to be a police officer, but he had already been standing in the pouring rain for half an hour and was honestly beyond caring who the poor man was. Another police officer, not in charge but still important enough to be obeyed, was telling the men wearing forensic suits to move out the crime scene area, "Aye aye, whats happ'ning there then?" came Andy's distinct Welsh accent. In no time at all the whole crime scene was cleared of police and forensic scientists. Confused over what to do next, Andy decided to help the police officer by telling people to "Move back, now" Equally confused, but not as inclined to just follow the crowd, Gwen asked. "Bur whats going ON?" Running over to a man in a white forensic suit she called, "Excuse me sir, but whats going on?" his reply wasn't exactly helpful, but let her know more about what was happening, "Buggered if I know, its orders from above," Mildly confused, Gwen said, "But there body's still in there though, isn't it?" Growing more annoyed by the everlasting questions the man shortly replied, "Move back, they said. Clear the site, they said. Special access, they said," The man may have been getting more annoyed, but Gwen was definatley getting more confused. After all, it was just a murder? Why would anyone higher than the police get involved, "For who?" The man just shrugged and said, "Torchwood,"
