poem (and first)! It's how Kohaku feels about her joy!

Joy
The yellow star dances around me.
Joy has come to bring its yellow shine
Glistening like gold.
It makes me happy,
It gets me to smile.
It shape shifts to bunnies, puppies, and kittens.
It's the feeling of waking up and feeling the warmth of the sun.
The feeling you get when someone hugs you and picks you up.
The feeling of birds singing their soft melodies.
Joy lives in the clouds
And comes whenever I am happy
I never want to leave it there,
Although it never stays with me forever.
But whenever Shuichiro comes,
I can see it
Right over my shoulder.
