The Darkest Secret of All
Prologue
A long time ago, in a mystical land, there lived a Princess. She had everything a girl dreamt of having. She had the looks, for that she looked as if she was a doll. She had the wealth, for that she was a royal and was part of the richest family in the land. She had the fame, for that she was the next ruler of their land. She had the status, for that she was a queen-to-be. She had practically everything under control. With a wave of her finger, and you could be gone. Even if you were perfect, everyone has their own secret, don't they? Well, our little Princess here, has her own, that she could never tell. For she was Princess Mikan Rosalyn Ib Sakura, the Princess of the Kingdom of Roses, Rosalyn Ib.
Mikan was pretty, no, she was beautiful, like a goddess. The only flaw she had was her cold expression and the fact that she doesn't trust anyone. Never once did anyone see her with a smile. Being cold to everyone, with the exception of the people whom she is very close to, she learned to rule the Kingdom of Roses, Rosalyn Ib, and was studying to become the next Queen. However, the current King requests that she must have a husband before she can become Queen. With her not trusting anyone, she runs into trouble. What will come of her next?
