The gentle summer sun rained down onto my face, dancing across my skin as it shone on the world. At least, my side of the world. A slight breeze blew past; making some golden wispy strands of hair blew in my face. Just noticing the figure in front of me, I gasped and stubbled back onto the freshly cut grass.
Amber leaves swirled around me, waltzing like snowflakes in the Nutcracker. A small bird the size of a robin, flapped past, leaving a few rich, brown feathers in its path.
It would be a white Christmas again. Layered of snow folded onto each other like cotton. The cold wind blew around, creating a delicate small whirl of snow.
Lush, rich forest surrounded me as I took in the fresh air. Various birds flapped around, diving for insects, sipping nectar. This was nature.
Rich, deep colours of royalty engulfed me in a luxurious hallway. Gold, siver and brinze sstatues, artfully crafed where endowned with jewels. Precious stones inlaid in various pieves of cutlery glistened in their display cabinets.
A tear trickled down my cheek as I looked away from the fresh land that had once been my home.
I saw the lifeless bodies surround me. Loud booms echo in the distance. I must survive no matter what. My family gave themselves up to save me. I. Must. Live. The dirt blasts up In front of me. 'Run! You must escape!' Those words echoes in my head. My heart throbs in pain, even worse than the bloody gash on my leg.
