"So, what are we doing exactly?" Puck asks, wandering into the gym behind his girlfriend.

"It's simple. Despite your many obviously hot factors you still dance like an idiot. My cousin is getting married next weekend, and I refuse to be seen dancing with you until your dancing improves, so I'm going to teach you how to waltz."

"You've got to be kidding me."

"Well, I'm not, so get your ass over hear so I can start teaching." Puck walks to Kitty and stands in front of her, hands at his side.

"Oh for pete's sake," Kitty sighs, "don't just stand there. You put your right hand on my shoulder blade. Not that low! Now you put your left hand in mine and we hold them up like this." Puck follows her instructions, his hands sitting heavily on her back and pulling down on her hand.

"Are you sure I have to keep my hand all the way up here? I think we'd both be much happier if it were somewhere a little bit further south." Puck slides his hand down his girlfriend's back until she grabs it and pulls it back up.

"Down boy. If you get through this lesson I'll be sure to give you a treat after. Now stiffen up. I don't want to dance with a marshmallow. You have to lead, so be prepared to push me when it's time to move." Kitty double checks their hands and takes a half a step to the right.

"Alright, now I won't get stepped on by your giant feet. Now, we're going to go forward two three, back two three, forward to three, back two three, side two three, side two three." Kitty pushes her boyfriend along with her lightly.

"Good, you can do the easy part. Now we get to glide," Kitty says, "you've done jazz squares right? We're pretty much doing the same thing except we're going to be gliding. Now, forward glide together, back glide together, forward glide together, back glide together. Now we're going to turn, turn glide together." Puck stumbles along as Kitty pulls him behind her.

"I give up. I'm just not a waltz kind of guy. Can't we do footloose or the electric slide or the twist or something?"

"Fine, I guess I'll just lead," Kitty says, "now let's go get some food."

"Do I still get that treat?"
