The sun shined in the window, as Kate's eyes opened. The alpha sat up quickly and looked to see her mate, sons, and daughter still fast asleep.

"Alright everyone! Get up!" Kate barked loudly.

"Mo-Mom..." Stinky moaned. "Five more minutes..."

"Listen to your mother, Son," Humphrey added in, as he got up.

Claudette, and Runt yawned loudly, as they too got to their feet.

"Fine..." Stinky growled, rising to his paws.

"Humphrey, can we talk outside real quick?" Kate asked.

"Of course," Humphrey replied.

"Good, okay pups stay here we'll be right back," The tan alpha chirped, as she and her mate headed out of the gas station.

"Humphrey, we have to get up, and... I'm worried. What if King and his pack got our family?" Kate sighed.

"I'm sure they're okay, Hun. They're all tough wolves! Like us," Humphrey responded.

"Like us?" Kate smirked in amusement.

"Okay, okay! You know what I mean, so how about this We head home, so the pack knows some of it's leaders are alive, and we wait a few days there, if they don't show we go back to King's territory and look for them," Humphrey suggested.

"Sounds good to me, come on Humphrey let's get the pups and head back to Jasper," -

Lilly, Garth, Tony, and Winston walked back towards Jasper Park, bragging on and on about how they had beaten King and his pack.

"We're the best!" Lilly cheered.

"Got that right!" Garth agreed.

"I told ya we'd show them all Alpha, Winston!" Tony laughed.

"Indeed you did!" Winston laughed back.

"This snow is getting pretty hard to walk through," Lilly squeaked, as she now struggled to move her paws out from under the cold wintry blanket.

"I know," Garth said, as he too began to have a hard time getting though the snow. "But keep on going, we have to get home,"

"Come pack! We are to get to the Western territory!" King howled. "A couple of stupid bears are no going to stand in our way,"

The rest of the pack cheered their leader on, and then followed him as they made their way to Jasper Park...

Hey all remember me? :P Well I'm back! And I have a new story here. Okay first I have a lot of stuff to say; Lately it's been rough for me, my grandfather died, I've been a bit down, sick, etc. I've also been dealing with other family issues. And i'm very stressed right now. I took a little break from writing, and honestly I think it did me some good. I've got a lot of projects to finish before summer is over too. So... gonna ease my way back into writing. Not sure when the next update will be. Because ... I don't know. I just don't have much of a drive to work right now. :/

I'll get back in the swing of things, but it's gonna take more time than I first thought. So yeah. I'll update when I can. I hope you all enjoyed this so far.
