When it is about the hunger games hug him and tell him it is over.

When I got home from hunting Peeta was standing at the dining room chair tense. He had the look in his eyes dilated pupils.

"Katniss! Back up. Please stop. You monster. Back away before I kill you. Don't let Cato get you." He said

I did not listen to him. I walked right up and hugged him.

"Shh, Peeta. Peeta, look at me. The Hunger Games are over there is nothing to worry about I am right here. I said as I led him over to the couch and sat with him still hugging him rocking him back and fourth.

2. When it is about someone else kiss him and tell him that you love him.

"Finnick. Why did Finnick go? No he should not have gone back I told him I would go for him.

"Hey, baby. It is okay. Do not worry about it. He became a hero for doing that, we lost a lot of people but all those people saved our nation and stopped the war between the Districts it is all going to be okay." I said while kissing him with every sentence. "I. Love. You." Kissing on his eyelids, then nose, cheeks, chin, jaw, forehead, then finally his mouth, we then just laid there until he felt better.

3. When it is about the hijacking hug and kisses him until his lips are bruised and he forgets it.

"Katniss. I'm so sorry. I never meant to hurt you." He says having that apologetic look on his face.

"Hey it is fine I know what the Capitol did to you it does not bother me I know that you won't do it again. And that you love me." I tell him

"But you don't know that. I don't know that. What if I do it again and it ends up worse then just some bruises on your beautiful neck. What if I-I-I accidently k-k-kill you. Then what, I would feel so bad and then I would have to live without you and I can't do that." He says

"Can't do what?" I ask

"I can't live without you. Do you know that you are the one who can stop my flashbacks? Other than that I go crazy."

"Baby, you will never do that. I won't let you. I will always be here for you." I said kissing him until our lips were bruised and he forgets about his statement about killing me.

4. When it's about the Quarter Quell take his hand and tell him it's over

"You died. I thought that you had died in that explosion." He says on one of our nightly walks through the village and District.

"I didn't know what happened to you either." I say

"But then they showed me the videos of you killing innocent people and I thought you were this monster that killed my parents and brothers but you also killed your family. And then I saw you at the hospital and-." I put my fingers up to his lips before he could continue.

"Shh. I know but that is all different, it is over and I love you." I say taking his hand and resting my head on his shoulder before continuing on our walk.

5. When it's about if he loves you tell him 'Real' and hug him for days and nights to come

"The Hunger Games are over. Real or not real?" He asks

"Real." I say.

"Prim and my family died. Real or not real?" He says

"Real." I reply

" Gale is living in District two with his wife Rebecca. Real or not real?"

"Real."

"President Coin is still alive and running the nation. Real or not real?"

"Not real."

"You love me. Real or not real?" he asks finally.

"Real, very, very real." I say hugging him. And when he returned the hug I asked.

"You love me. Real or not real?"

"Real."

And we lay in bed for the rest of the day hugging, talking, laughing, and watching T.V.
