A/N: Well, I haven't written in a pretty long time so I know that this isn't great. This kind of just came to my mind when I was watching the Digimon Movie because I couldn't find anything else to watch, ha-ha. Honestly, I can't remember what Tai said to Sora in that episode when she gave Matt the cake, so I kind of improvised. Enjoy!

He wasn't courageous, not really.
She thought she didn't know about love, and that she would be the last person to fall into its trap.
It was ironic really.
He spent hours thinking how and if he should confess. More time so thinking how he should apologize for the last stupid thing he had done.
She was patient. She always forgave him, even when she knew he would do it again.
Four years went by, and neither of them said anything.
When the group got separated, all the time that he didn't see her he was so worried, but he didn't let anyone see it.
When the group got separated, she finally realized that she was in love, undeniably and irrevocably.
They both stayed quiet.
After the new digi-destined were chosen he spent all his time helping them.

"I'll always be waiting for you Sora," he had said, but it was too late.
She had always waited for him, but she couldn't anymore. "Thanks Tai."
He watched her leave, staring sadly at where she'd been standing. 'I guess it's for the best really.'
She walked inside steadily, her eyes were burning. But she knew that she couldn't wait any longer.
'Goodbye Tai.'
