Another Kipper rewrite, this time it's the episode "Sleepless Night" Enjoy and comment.

One evening, Kipper the Dog was organizing his toys, placing them where they belonged, in his toy shelf and on his bed.

When he was finished, he decided to go to bed.

But when he climbed in, he noticed that he was missing something.

"Where's Slipper?" he wondered.

What he didn't notice, was that Slipper was on his foot.

When he found the slipper, he placed it where it belonged, and shut off his light.

But he had trouble falling asleep.

"Perhaps I should read this book. That will help me fall asleep."

But Kipper had trouble reading the book, because he was so tired.

"I wonder if Tiger is asleep."

Meanwhile, Tiger was sound asleep in his bed, when the phone rang.

"Hello?"

"Hello Tiger!"

"Do you know what time it is?"

"I can't sleep. What shall I do?"

"The best way to fall asleep is to think about it."

"That sounds like a perfect idea! See you in the morning then."

"Okay, night night then."

Kipper then went back to his bed. He decided to think about something really boring, in order for him to fall asleep, like cleaning his room.

But he still noticed a few toys still on the floor, so he decided to clean those up as well.

When he was finished, he went back to bed.

This time he was almost asleep when a thunderclap woke him up.

"Now I'll never get to sleep!" he groaned.

Kipper went to shut the window, then he attempted to go back to bed.

Soon, he heard a noise.

"What could that noise be?" he thought. "I better take a nighttime walk in order to find out that noise."

Later, Kipper returned back home, finding out in the process that the noise was the sink dripping when he returned.

Kipper crawled into bed and once again fell asleep, but not for long.

The phone rang. It was Tiger.

"Are you asleep yet Kipper?"

"How can I be sleeping with all this noise."

"I can't sleep either. The thunderstorm woke me up."

"But that was ages ago!"

"I know, but I'm still trying to fall asleep. Night night now."

Kipper hung up the phone and attempted once more to go to sleep.

"Let me try counting sheep." he thought to himself.

But it didn't work either.

The next morning, Kipper went downstairs for breakfast. He hadn't slept all night.

As Kipper ate his cereal, he fell sound asleep.
