It had been more than ten hours since he had found her, and still they hadn't kissed each other. He wanted to kiss her, actually he wanted to kiss her more than anything, but he didn't want to do it in front of his brother and nephew. It wasn't because he was shy – they both knew the way he felt about her – he just wanted it to be private. He wanted to be able to kiss her and touch her without thinking about that there were other people in the room. He wanted to be able to talk to her without anyone interrupting. He loved his brother and nephew to death, but right now he would really like to get rid of them.

"Michael?" It was her sweet voice. It was barely above a whisper but to him it was the most amazing sound in the world. "Are you alright?" He watched her mouth as she spoke. Her beautiful mouth and the soft lips he so desperately wanted to taste with his own.

"Um, yeah." He smiled a little and took her hand under the table. She smiled back and looked down at their compounded hands.

"Actually I was wondering, could I talk to you for a moment?" He looked at her and caressed her hand a little bit.

"Sure." They rose from the table and she let go of his hand.

Michael opened the door to the room next to the one they were in. Sara walked in and as he followed her he closed the door in a swift move. Right away she crashed into him and their mouths found each other. Michael was amazed that she had been thinking about the exact same thing he had. Gently but firmly he pushed her against the wall as they continued their kissing. She opened her mouth to deepen the kiss and both of them let out a moan when their tongues met.

Sara had her arms wrapped around Michael's neck and pressed his face as close to hers as possible. Michael moved his hands from her face to her sides. He found the small line of skin between her shirt and pants and started to caress it with his fingers. Suddenly Sara broke away from the kiss.

"What's wrong?" He really hoped he hadn't made her feel uncomfortable in any way. He let go of her sides and searched for her gaze.

"No, nothing's wrong." She breathed heavily and smiled shyly at him. "I just need to catch my breath." She placed her head against his shoulder and as she did he put his arms around her slim waist. He held her close and kissed her hair.

"Well, that's understandable. Not many people can take a make out session like that." If his intension was to make her laugh he completed his mission. She was still laughing when she raised her head from his shoulder and looked at him.

"You're probably right about that. But I'd like to try it again some time."

"Anytime." Michael lowered his lips to hers again.

Suddenly there was a light knock on the door and then LJ's voice was heard.

"Uncle Mike, Sara? We were thinking about ordering some food. Are you guys hungry? They have like a million things on the menu!"

"Um, yeah. We'll be right out." Michael turned to Sara with a smile. "Looks like that 'anytime' is going to have to be some other time." He took her hand and reached for the door knob. She tugged a little at his sleeve to stop him.

"Just one question: Did you really want to talk or did you have this in your mind all along?"

The raising smile on his lips gave away everything.

A/N: Just a little story I couldn't get out of my head. I just had to get it out on paper. It's short, I know, but I hope you like it anyway.
