It had been a long, hard day of classes at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, and the Golden Trio was ready to head up to their dormitories and sleep. Their classes had only gotten harder, and Hermione had been driving them up the wall with her worrying about NEWTS. (Bloody Hell Hermione, they're next year!)
That night, however, they had gotten Hermione to relax and were sitting by the fire with Ginny in the Gryffindor common room. Their companionable silence was broken by a loud bang, rather like a gunshot, as all four of them disappeared from the room.

Draco Malfoy sat in the dimly lit Slytherin common room, watching the eerie light green flames cast dancing shadows on the walls. His accomplices had all gone to sleep so when he disappeared, nobody noticed anything.

Albus Dumbledore and Severus Snape sat in the headmaster's office; planning their next move in the elaborate chess game they had made Harry's life. However, their plans were interrupted by the sudden disappearance of Snape and, shortly after, Dumbledore.

Each of the kidnapped characters slowly regained consciousness in a large room, dominated by an enormous flat-screen television. There were several couches in front of the TV, and through a small hallway a kitchen and bathroom were visible. As the unavoidable accusations began being voiced, the unmistakable sound of someone apparating rang through the room. Everyone spun around, and was astonished to find Lord Voldemort standing in the hallway. Wands were whipped out of pockets, and the first spell rang out.
'Avada Kedavra!'
Everybody tensed, waiting for the sound of a body dropping to the floor, but it never came. Voldemort looked at his wand, dumbfounded, and tried the spell again with the same result. The tense silence was interrupted, once again, by the sound of someone apparation. A tall blonde woman appeared in the middle of the group and snapped her fingers, causing all the wands to vanish, then reappear in her hand.
As people began shouting, She brought her pointer finger to her lips and shouted, "FINGERS ON LIPS!"(Doctor Who, anyone?), startling everybody doing as she said.
"Now, all of you are probably wondering what you're doing right now, but just let me explain. My name is Sophia Lector, and I'm from a parallel universe where all of your exploits are a book series. I've brought all of you here to watch a trilogy of musicals based on the books. The first one is called A Very Potter Musical, and is set in your 2nd year, although it has things that have happened in other years as well. And in case you're wondering, you cannot use magic here." She gazed critically at Voldemort, before snapping her fingers. His features gradually softened until he looked like he had in fifth year. "There. Now, everyone take a seat and the musical will begin!" She said cheerfully, before clapping her hands. The lights dimmed, the television turned on, and she vanished.
"Well, I suppose we should all…sit down then." Harry said, gesturing at the couches. Everyone sat down and the adventure began.
