Starting Over
Prologue
I grew up in the southern part of Tokyo with my mother and grandmother. My father had died 3 years back and my mom grew more depressed as the years went by. My grandmother decided to move in with us when I was about 15 years old. My mother had grown weaker and depended on my grandmother and I to take care of her.
2 years after my grandmother moved in, my mother passed away because of chronic depression and anorexia, but I believed it was because of her broken heart and her longing to be with her husband again. This was the year I was sent to Gaia. As a young girl I had heard stories and legends about this place and I knew Lord Van would and could take care of me, so I searched for him and this is where I am today.
