REJECTED STAR TREK SCRIPTS
Just some time-travel ideas from my computer that didn't work out. Please comment nicely if you'd like to see more!
THE SKYNYRD ON THE EDGE OF FOREVER
Kirk sings "Freebird" as Spock stuffs an unconscious Ronnie Van Zant into the transporter – knowing the bad boy rock legend must die to prevent a planet-wide nuclear war!
THE HARLEM FACTOR
In 1947 New York City, Spock must race against time to save a black street hood named Detroit Red from racist white cops, knowing the young street hustler is destined to grow up to become Malcolm X. Kirk distracts the authorities by singing "Roll Em Pete" by Big Joe Turner.
THE CONSCIENCE OF THE QUEEN
To gain the vital herb toad-wart and stop a planetary epidemic, the Enterprise travels back to 16th century England. Kirk has sex with fiery temptress Ann Boleyn while Spock and McCoy duet on "Greensleeves."
THE HORDE'S VENGEANCE
When Sulu is captured and brainwashed into thinking he is Genghis Khan, a primitive planetary system is plunged into brutal conflict. Kirk and Spock rescue him, but during the Vulcan mind meld Spock loses focus and starts singing "Electric Avenue" by Eddie Grant, forcing Kirk to slap him. Hard. Over and over. Much to Dr. McCoy's amusement.
