Hi guys! Just something sweet I thought about. 2012 version. Some mikey and raph goodness.
Raph was sulking. More than usual, anyway. Mikey would see him look wistfully at his brothers, then walk away. Soon, even Splinter and the others grew worried as Raph grew more distant. Casey couldn't get anything from him, so they sent in the big guns. Now, I know you're wondering who they sent, so I'll tell you. They sent in Michelangelo.
Mikey kicked open the door to Raph's door and walked in, much to Raph's annoyance.
"Hey big, green, and ugly! What's eatin' ya?, He questioned his red banded brother. Raph didn't reply. "Come on man, you can tell me, I'm your little bro!" He asked again, hoping for a better reply. Still no answer. "Please?" He begged, pulling out his cyan blue hypnotizers. His puppy dog eyes. Raph felt his resolve weakening under that stare.
'Don't look at the eyes. DON'T look at the eyes. Dammit! I looked' Raph thought. He sighed, looking at his pleading brother.
"Sorry Mike, but it's just that I'm so different from all of you. You and Leo share eye colors, and so does Donnie and Splinter Mine are stupid green! I'm just a freak," He sighed again as he finished. Mikey giggled.
"Duh! Of course you're a freak! You're a giant, talking, mutant turtle! But besides that," Mikey began, his facial expression turned serious. "I'm way more different than you! My skin is lighter, I have freckles, I'm shorter than all of you, and I act much younger!" Raph looked at Mikey, surprised. "Donnie has the technology to give us DNA test, and yes I know what it is now, but I told him no. I don't want the truth to tarnish our bond," He finished. Raph looked down, still wishing to look more like his brothers. "Hey," Mikye said softly, causing him to jolt his head up and stare. "What do you get when you add yellow to red?" Raph thought for a moment
"Orange," He replied, curious at what his orange bandana clad brother was getting at. What a second. Orange bandana! Mikey continued without another thought.
"What do you get when you add yellow to blue?" He asked. Raph thought about it again, then smiled.
"Green. You get green,"
