It was about 3 in the morning and Ron Weasley was doing his midnight radio show. "I'm Mr. Midnight. I'm here for all of the brokenhearted people out there. Do you have someone you lost? Remember them here on the Mr. Midnight show."

Ron had been dumped a year ago by Hermione and was still in a lot of pain. Doing this show helped him deal with it. They disguised his voice so nobody would recognize it. The phone rang and Ron picked it up.

"Caller on the line
Could you please hold on?"

"Yes" the voice on the other end said Ron's back stiffened. It was Hermione!

I recognised her voice the minute
I picked up the phone
Should I tell her that it's me
Or just leave it at a memory?
Haven't been myself
Since the day she left

"Welcome caller can I play a song for a special someone in your life?" asked Ron.

"Yes I want to hear "I wish it was you" by the muggle artist Trace Adkins. Its for and old love of mine, Ron Weasley."

Imagine my surprise
When she spoke my name
She said
"Could you just tell him
That I love him and
I wish things could be the same"

Ron held his breath he couldn't believe what he was hearing. "Ron Weasley if you're out there listening you heard the girl she still loves you and wants you back" he debated telling her it was him but decided against it when he heard another voice in the background.

Then a voice I never knew
Said "Honey, who you talking to?"

He knew it was too good to be true when he heard Malfoy's voice…she wouldn't leave him and he'd never tell her who he was.
