Alright a bit of background before i start. This is a good twenty years after the event of Dead Man's Chest, I'm assuming that the third and fourth movie never happened. Okay that's about it.

"Jane Elizabeth Larkin, you have been found guilty of crimes against this government. You have committed acts of piracy, murder, and kidnapping of a citizen of this colony," the wigged man said condescendingly. "If you tell us where the members of the Turner family are, you can save yourself from the an eternity in hell."

The pirate remained silent. She walked forward and allowed the executioner to place her head in the noose.

The interrogator's nostrils flared up. "Uneducated pirate whore," he hissed. He slapped her across the face. If she were not tied up like a kidnap victim (or a damsel being tied to train tracks by a mustachio villain), Jane would have punched him so hard that all of his teeth would have fallen out.

Jane glared at him instead. He was a chubby man with a large beak-like nose. He was dressed in a blue coat with gold trimmings and a pair of shiny new boots. She was a starved seventeen-year-old girl wearing men's clothing because she found it difficult to fight while in a dress. She had stolen the clothing from Samuel Turner, whom she had not kidnapped, but no one believed a pirate. She was going to hang, unless by some miracle, she was saved. It was unlikely. Everyone she knew who cared (her father, her brother, her mother, her crew) were prisoners of Davey Jones. No one was coming to save her.
