It had been several months since The Avengers had stopped Loki from taking over the world. In this time everyone had been busy with their own business. Stark had begun the build of his new tower. Steve had been in a steady relationship with Izzy Hart. And now Jules Walker had returned to Earth with powers which had been endowed to her with the title of goddess that Zeus himself had bestowed. As the Avengers prepare to assemble little do they know that Loki may now be behind this sudden stunt.
At Izzy and Steve's apartment
Izzy: Steve, I can't believe it… you have to watch this…
Steve waltzed out of kitchen croissant in mouth and wrapped his arms around Izzy and looked over her shoulder at the news channel that was playing on the television.
Steve: What is…. Oh my god… (Darting to the phone).. Hello, yes, we need to meet at headquarters now. Code red, thank you.
Izzy: What can this mean, how could she do this, I bet Loki's behind this, come on lets go.
As they left the apartment, the skies above New York started to crackle with thunder and the clouds darkened, rain pelted and wind howled.
Over at AV Headquarters
Everyone was arranged around the table, Steve was sat looking anxiously towards the head of the table where Izzy prepared to make a speech, Stark was leaning obnoxiously against the back wall, Bruce, Thor and Romanoff sat listening attentively to the recorded clip of the news broadcast.
Izzy was wearing black criminal damage jeans and a 30h!3 top, which matched her purple fringe. Romanoff turned to face her as Izzy turned the television off and felt a twinge of jealously at how perfect she looked without effort and at the way Steve looked at her.
Izzy: this has to be another one of Loki's plans but we can't figure out what he is planning. Last time we saw him was at his and Jules weddings, why we were not informed of her becoming a goddess and why she is now…
A crashing noise boomed from down the corridor
Romanoff: Everyone get into positions
Stark pressed a button and the table opened up and displayed Steve's shield, Izzy's modified weather suit, Bruce put on his gloves that stark had designed to channel the hulks strength, a bow for Natasha, stark had already suited up whilst everyone got ready and Thor had his hammer.
*BANG*…..*BANG*…. A crunching noise came from the outer door and it swung open.
The Avengers stood tense as they waited for the smoke to clear. A figure walked forward coughing from the smoke and waving their arms in front of their face in order to clear the air so they could see.
Jules: I apologize for the entrance but your guys are pretty tight on security, Well how is everyone thought it was time I payed a visit.
As the smoke cleared a face became visible in the the smoke, a young girl no more than 18 grinning at the shocked group her long red hair trailing in curls down her back and the gold of the wings that we're on either side of her head shined through the smoke.
Stark: Well what a lovely surprise, did you have to make such a mess on both your entrances, I do believe it will cost a lot to fix the hole you left in the middle of times square, however looking fine as ever although I suppose that will be the glow you get from being endowed into the elite club of the gods now.
