Haunted

Aradia and Sollux had been friends for years, helping each other with everything. But when some events from the past occur, Aradia falls into a depression. Bad ends in worst when Aradia is in a fatal crash. Sollux is in denial of her death, until a corpse girl named Aradia turns up on his doorstep! /AraSol and maybe some SolFef. TW: self-harm, depression, and character death./

Prologue:

Your name is Sollux Captor, you are very new to this current place. In fact, it's your first day here. First day in a new school, a new school to finish 6th grade. You are NOT pleased to be here at all. In fact, you are dying to leave and you just got here. Or, in a re-worded manner, you were dying to leave, until you spotted a girl knock on the door and walk up to the teacher with a late notice. Her hair held a sandalwood-esque colour in it's curly and tangled locks. You drew your eyes away from her when you noticed you were staring. But althroughout the day, you would catch yourself peering over at her. Sometimes, you swore she did the same thing.

It took you until lunchtime to actually mutter a word to her. You gave an unsure 'hello' to get her attention, as soon as you did, she beamed at you, turned to her friends and told them she was stepping out of the 'session' for a bit. It seemed like a lot for just a conversation with the new kid. Something about her told you that she didn't mind much.

"You're the new guy, right? Yeah! I know you! You're in my class, uh...Slick or Sam or something right?" She spoke a hundred words a minute, and you were struggling to keep up.

"Sollux. That's my name." You said bluntly, a lisp following after each 'S'.

"Right! Well, it's nice to meet you, Sollux." She giggled, holding out her hand, expecting him to take it. "I'm Aradia."

He stared at the hand before taking and giving a brief shake. Causing Aradia to smile more than before, dimples appearing in her cheeks. Despite the contrast of their personalities, she knew they were going to be great friends.

Hello! Forgive me for my long absence in updating this. I had a writers block and honestly considered abandoning this...along with that, I had next to no free time between having to move and school. But I'm off for the summer now. And now I'm going to restart this story, thus all chapters beyond the prologue were deleted.

But don't worry, I'm going to be sure to update as frequently as possible this time around. And hopefully it will be a better version too!
