Chapter 1

There is always the typical love story that happens between two people. Boy meets girl. Boy and girl hate each other from the start. Boy falls for girl, girl still dislikes boy. Boy finally convinces girl that they are meant to be. Then they live happily ever after. This is what happened to me. My life will be told, as I want it to be told. I will not add in lies or make you believe something that isn't true. This is the story of my life.

My name is Lily Evans and I am a witch. I have known that I was a witch since I was eleven years old. I got a letter from an owl saying I was accepted to into Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. But I knew before then that I was a witch because of a boy in my neighbour hood called Severus Snape he was the person that told me about Hogwarts and witches and wizards being real. When Ifound out that I was a witch, I was nervous and my sister was jealous. In a way I was happy that I could have something that she wouldn't have because she was the type of girl that many a person aspired to be like.

On my first time on the Hogwarts Express I was sitting in a carriage with Severus awaiting the long journey to Hogwarts when three girls walked into the room. They explained that there was no other seats left, they then introduced themselves as Alice, Chloe and Sophie. Immediately we became friends. Alice had long honey brown hair, with baby blue eyes, was tall and very pretty. Sophie had long golden blonde hair, hazel eyes, was tall and also every pretty. Chloe had brown hair and brown eyes, was tanned, medium build and was naturally pretty. All this time Severus just sat in the corner reading one of his wizard novels. About half way through the ride four boys stumbled into our compartment. Three of them were very good looking and the other was quite strange looking; not the type that these boys looked like they would usually be hanging out with. The good looking boy's names were, James, Sirius and Remus. The strange looking boys name was Peter. Straight away Lily knew that she wouldn't like James but she decided to give him the benefit of the doubt. By the time they got to Hogwarts and were dressed in their school robes, Lily was certain that she didn't like him.

At the end of the night Lily was sorted into one of the supposedly good houses; Gryffindor with Alice, Chloe, Sophie, James, Sirius, Remus and Peter. She was very upset that she wasn't with Severus but she was too excited to complain to the teachers. She had also had about three fights with James and Sirius, one good conversation with Remus about books and about fifty different conversations with Alice, Chloe and Sophie.

A couple of weeks past fine apart from the few fights that she had with James; the weeks turned into months and the months into years. By the end of fifth year James had started to ask me out. But of corse he was just being stupid, joking around, embarrsing me and trying to hurt my feelings. He would do this a lot, in fact if he didn't ask me out once every day then his friends would ask if something was wrong with him.

Now I am in my seventh year here at Hogwarts. I was named Head Girl this year and I am eagerly waiting to find out who the Head Boy is while I am walking down the carriage of the Hogwarts Express. I am hoping that it is my ood friend Remus or perhaps I will get lucky and it might be the beautiful looking Amos Diggory! As I open the door I stare inside to find someone horrible sitting on the seat opposite the door. It's… and then my world goes black.
