Chapter 1 Goten's Dream

(A/N) This is Goten From Dragon Ball GT

A17 year old boy with jet black spiky hair (literally,) slightly Japanese skin, in a white T-Shirt and Purple Pants was slowly falling into the ocean. His name is Goten.

Goten: I've been having these weird thoughts lately. Like is any of this for real or not?

Suddenly Goten landed on a large circular platform seeing 3 things a sword, a shield with a V on it and a staff with a V at the tip.

: Choose your weapon.

Goten: Hmm… I select the Sword.

: Good, you have chosen now what will you give up.

Goten: Uh… the Relic.

: You want Courage in exchange for Knowledge is this correct.

Goten: Uh… Yeah.

Suddenly Goten had moved locations to see 3 figures around him. The first had a spiky jet black hairstyle, orange clothes except for the red martial arts belt and wristbands he wore and looked only 20 and very buff even though he was 58. Goten knew him as Goku, his father. The second was a lady who was 56 but looked about 40, she had a bun in her jet black hair, she wore some Japanese clothing, and held a broom. Goten recognized her as Chi-Chi his mother. The third person looked a lot like the first only he had no wristbands or belt, his hair stuck up like a carrot and h e was dressed in dark blue clothes. Goten recognized him as Vegeta.

Goten walked up to his father to talk.

Goten: Hi, Dad.

Goku: What are you most afraid of.

Goten: Being different, gee you seem kinda lifeless today.

Goku: Is being different that big of a deal.

Goten backed away slowly and accidentally bumped into his mom.

Goten: Sorry Mom.

Chi-Chi: What do you want out of life?

Goten: Well to see rare sights.

Chi-Chi: That's cool.

Goten went to Vegeta desperate he wouldn't act like Goku or Chi-Chi.

Goten: Vegeta , please don't ask a ques…

Vegeta: What's most important to you.

Goten: To late. Friendship.

Vegeta: Friendship, Bah!

Goten:( at least Vegeta still has his attitude)

Goten had transported to a new place yet again this time he was on another platform surrounded by 3 small shadowy creatures

: Use your weapon to fight

Goten: OK?

Goten slashed the creatures and killed them with much ease

: Good but the closer you get to light the stronger your shadow becomes.

Goten's shadow popped out of the ground and became a dark Goten.

Goten Vs. Goten DS

Goten slashed the clone who just laughed and punched him. Goten shot his Kamehameha attack which paralyzed the clone and gave him enough time to perform a few combos on him. The clone then shot several energy balls, but Goten deflected them all and then did a downpour of slashes which caused the clone to scream in pain and die.

A white light flashed blinding Goten.
