She's sore, aching in a place that she has only recently realized the significance of. She feels dirty and wrong and spends more nights than not curled up on her side trying to collapse into herself.

Her mother knows, she watches her with a hint of jealousy and pity, but never stops it from happening.

He comes night after night; she can't do anything to stop it. She's powerless.

Until one day as she swings back and forth alone and empty and there is suddenly another girl there.

Someone who can make this all go away.

She's no longer powerless.
