"Piccolo,"
"Stop it!" Piccolo scolded. He opened her eyes, and looked at her. The namekian child was seven years old, and couldn't stand keeping still.
"Listen, to meditate you have to concentrate - and that mean keeping quiet." he told her.
"No, I don't mean that." the girl replied.
"Huh?" Piccolo looked at her. "Then what are you talking about?"
"What's my name?" the girl asked.
"Your name?" Piccolo suddenly realized he hadn't given her a name yet. When she was a baby, he'd just referred to her as "kid", and that nickname had kinda stuck. "Heh." he smirked. "I guess you go need a better name."
"I thought about it when Gonine asked me what my name was." "Kid" said. "Then I remembered that you never gave me a name."
"Okay then..." Piccolo mumbled. "Hmm..." he studied her, trying to think of a name that would suit her. She was a regular namek. Green with pink patches of skin of her hard arms. The rest of her skin was smooth, like her mother's. She had black hair with natural purple highlights and blue eyes. She wore something Piccolo had made for her. He's ripped off part of his shirt and used it as a blanket for her when she was a baby, so he'd had to get a new one. Our of the old one he'd managed to made an outfit that looked pretty much like his - except for all the accessories, of course. She wore a baggy purple shirt and baggy purple trousers. Well, they used to be baggy. They were starting to get a little tight on her now.

"Piccolo?" the girl looked at him.
"I can't think of anything..." Piccolo admitted. "Why don't you choose your own name?"
"Umm... okay..." the girl said. "How about..... Pan?"
"Uh, why don't you pick something different?" Piccolo replied.
"Videl? Oh, I know! Chichi!"
"Y'know, there are other girl's names besides the one's from Gonine's family." Piccolo told her.
"Well I can't think of any!" the girl protested. "You think of one, Piccolo!"
"Alright. Uh...." he tried to think of something that suited her. He studied her again. As she gazed up at him with those blue eyes of hers, he thought of something. He smiled.
"How about Sapphire?" he suggested.
"Hmm... Sapphire..." the girl mumbled. A big smile broke out on her face. "Ah, Piccolo! I love it!"
"Good." Piccolo nodded. "Sapphire it is, then."
