Alley could hear Lulu throwing up in the bathroom as she was walking by. "What's wrong with Lulu?" asked Hector as he walked up to her.
"She must've got sick last night." said Alley.
"Either that, or she got food poisoning. Whatever she ate yesterday might've caused this." said Hector. Alley knocked on the bathroom door.
"Who is it?" asked Lulu in a raspy voice.
"It's us, Alley and Hector. We're worried about you." said Alley after she opened the door.
"I'm sick as a dog. Of course you would be worried. But it's okay. I must've gotten a bug or something."
"Do you want us to take you to your room?" asked Hector.
"Sure." said Lulu.
"Just try not to cough or throw up on us." said Hector.
"I'll try not to."
Once the 3 Webkinz got to Lulu's room, Lulu instantly got into bed with help from Alley and Hector.
"I'll go call Dr. Quack. Don't move." said Alley as she left.
"Don't worry, Lulu. If anyone knows what's going on, it's Dr. Quack. He's one of the best doctors in Webkinz World." said Hector. A few minutes later, Alley came back in the room.
"Well? What did he say?" asked Lulu.
"He says he'll be right over to check on you. We're going to talk to the others about you being sick." said Alley.
"So, try to get some rest until the doctor gets here." said Hector. Lulu nodded and went to sleep.
A hour later, Dr. Quack was checking on Lulu with the other Webkinz by her side.
"Well, what's the diagnosis, doc?" asked Spark.
"According to this, she has some kind of food poisoning. Lulu, do you remember what you had for dinner last night?" asked Dr. Quack.
"Well, I do remember having some macaroni and cheese."
"That must have been it!" said Prancer. He went over to the kitchen and took out the macaroni and cheese box and came back.
"You must've forgot to look at the expiration date. Which was supposed to be last week." said Jessica.
"Will Lulu be alright, doc?" asked Chandler.
"She will be just fine. All she needs to do is rest and it should go away in about 2 to 3 days, at least." said Dr. Quack.
"Thank you, Dr. Quack. You're the best." said Stripes.
"No problem." said Dr. Quack as he left.
A couple of days later, Lulu was feeling more like herself again. "Well, looks like someone is back to her normal self." said Tabby.
"Yep. I've never felt better." said Lulu.
"Have you learned any valuable lessons?" asked Jessica.
"Yep. Look at the expiration date before you even think of eating anything."
"Good girl." said Alley.
