0-0:39: The scene opens with a sort of blurry visual effect, similar to when flashbacks take place in Crysis 2.
In the flashback, a group of men are in Nanosuits, (with their helmets off), having a mission briefing. The camera then changes to the screen on which the data is being projected.
It's displaying some data about the T-Virus.
0:40-1:26: The scene then changes to VTOL craft flying to the Kinshian islands. Here the Ceph are landing with their massive ships. A large number of VTOL craft can be seen, in fact. The Ceph justify the invasion of Earth to protect cephalopods from dying out on Earth, due to the Fallout from human consumption.
1:27-2:02: Lawrence Barnes is morphed into Prophet by the fusion of Ceph physiology with his Nanosuit matrix. Fighting the Ceph in New York and the jungles of Kinshian. But the Ceph keep winning.
2:03-2:52: As governments fall, the C.E.L.L take over the World, and increasingly cease control of resources, with many hostile takeovers. Prophet seizes an opportunity to fuse with the Ceph hivemind. In an attempt to make peace and heal Earth.
As the music comes to an end, and before the screen cuts to black, we centre on Prophet's face (Helmet on).
At the last note, the screen cuts to black, as the film ends.
