Title: Of Chambers and Secrets

One day, Harry Potter, Hermione Granger, Ron Weasley, Luna Lovegood, Justin Finch-Fletchley, Dean Thomas, and Hannah Abbot were all sitting together in the room of requirement. They were discussing a project that Professor Sprout had given them.
"Oh, Harry! You're doing that the wrong way." Hermione snapped, erasing one of Harry's answers, "In order to grow a Monsuna, you need the tail feathers of a hippogriff, and the teeth of a basilisk!"
Harry blushed. He politely thanked Hermione, who beamed at him. Harry had always admired Hermiones unmatched intellect.
"Would you two stop flirting and start working?" Dean Thomas kidded, shaking his finger at the two friends.
Everyone laughed. Then, Justin Finch-Fletchley got out of his chair, made a weird face, and started to clap.
Harry and Hermione blushed, refusing to meet each others eyes.
"Well then, we will need to go into the Chamber of Secrets to get the teeth, won't we?" Hermione said, clearly trying to change the subject. Everyone nodded, and they all left the room of requirement together.
They all walked into the girls bathroom. Moaning Myrtle smiled at them.
"Hiya Harry!" said Moaning Myrtle excitedly, "Do you wanna share my toilet?"
Harry shook his head fervently. "No thanks. We just came in here to enter the Chamber of Secrets."
Harry spoke in parseltongue to the faucet, and then the Chamber opened. Dean, Ron, Luna, Justin, and Hannah jumped inside quickly.
"That slide is rather dangerous. You might wanna hold on to me when we slide down." Harry said. Hermione reached for Harry's hand, and then they both jumped into the Chamber.
"Cool!" said Dean, after getting to his feet. "Did you and Ron really have to battle Professor Lockheart down here in our second year?"
"Yeah," Harry began, "It was very confusing. I wish Hermione had been down here with us. Shes the cleverest witch of our age".
Hermione smiled at Harry, then looked away quickly.
"I wonder if the Basilisk is still down here." Hannah Abbot mused, following Luna and Ron deeper into the chamber.
The group reached a fork in the road. There were several different paths to take. None of them knew which path lead to the main chamber.
"Oh my." Luna said, grabbing Ron's arm. "I guess we'll have to split up." Ron waggled his eyebrows at Luna, then followed her down a zigzagging path.
"Let's go this way." Justin said to Hannah, and the two Hufflepuffs headed down the second path.
"Wait for me!" Dean called, running to catch up with Justin and Hannah.
"Harry, I'm scared." Hermione whispered, gazing down the dark, dreary path.
"Dont worry, I'll protect you." Harry said, grabbing Hermione's hand. She smiled at him, and then they headed down the dark path together.
