AN: I present to you Broken Dreams my first Kingdom Hearts Story, not really but I'm trying to follow the storyline of Kingdom Hearts. This actually qualifies as an Alternate Universe as the story progresses. One day I thought to myself, 'How would I be put in the Kingdom Hearts world?', as I'm sure many others have thought... and this story is one of the answers that doesn't make me ashamed LOL. Broekn Dreams is still in progress so please be patient with me as I write it out then edit it on Microsoft Word. Please Read and Review.

Disclaimer: I do not own Kingdom Hearts nor will I ever. The idea of heartless belong to Mr. Normura and everyting Disney belongs to well... Disney.

The moon rose high in the sky giving little light on the Hollow Bastion street. At the top of the old dusty castle a pair of blood red eyes opened, along with that came a toothy grin. "This land is horrid ad crumbling." She said as she stood up on the spire, her balance never wavering. "It's perfect." She said as she leapt down from the spire and landed with perfect balance on her feet on the rusty old balcony far below.

She wore an off the shoulder knee length dress with a deep red trim, on her wrists were red jeweled bracelets that were silent as she moved while on her feet were a pair of closed toed heels. Her most distinguishing features being the two thin black antennae growing out of her head and the heartless symbol that took up almost the top half of her dress.

She looked around the crumbling castle and stepped down from the balcony onto the cracked floor. "Yes this will do nicely, don't you think so my lovely?" she asked as she looked to a dark corner.

From the shadow against the wall came two glowing, soulless, yellow eyes as the shadow seemed to lurch forward. A short snout at an intimidating size came from the shadow shortly followed by a black body the size of a small horse. The heartless symbol on it's forehead seemed to glow for merely a second as it fully came out of the wall, the shadow it had come from no longer there. It had the features of a rabbit and had a large red spiked dog collar around it's neck with sharp silver spikes.

The rabbit walked over to her and gently placed it's massive head in her outstretched hand. "We'll have this city on it's knees in no time." She said as she looked out the balcony. "Ion, my lovely, do me a small favor and give this town a scout. We must see if there are any heroic spirits that will get in our way." She said as Ion grinned eerily and sank into the ground and slinked away as a shadow against the wall.

"That's right, make me proud." She whispered softly as she walked to the edge of the balcony and looked out at the city.

Hmm... who are these new heartless? Find out in the next chapter of Broken Dreams.
