a/n: Here's the last of the three poems, and it's my favorite game of them all: Witch's House. This game has surprises at every corner (even some things you might not expect *wink wink*) and its creepy and chilling atmosphere and graphics are just so amazing that I have no choice but to say this one has to be my favorite too because it's the longest (again, ha that's what she said *laughs maniacally*). Sorry, I'm obsessed with Pewds right now and some of his "Pewdie-ness" rubbed off on me I guess. I might do a Misao and maybe Crooked Man or Paranoiac one but I guess you'll have to wait and see!
Witch's House is not mine, I hold no responsibility if you go around screaming "Oh my god Jenn owns Witch's House!" because it's your choice and your sanity that's forcing you to do that. So no blames, no flames, and let's get on with the wonderful poem! Or story. Meh.
In the Forest, Witch's House
In the forest lies a house
Where keys have no importance
A girl named Viola stepped inside
Keeping a steady stance
On each floor where confusing puzzles
And quite deadly contraptions
But little Viola was smart
And always sprung into action
She had help—a black cat
Who seemed to know his way around
She had her heart set on the top floor
For there was said to be a secret abound
When she entered a dark room
With unsettling crimson stains
She saw the last page of the witch's diary
"Isn't that right Viola? Just for a day"
The witch herself emerged
Her face creepy and distorted
And chased poor Viola around the house
Yet Viola was smart and as quick as a mouse
She took the knife in the closet
On the bottom floor
She ran as fast as she could
And escaped through the door
When she was sure that her journey
Was finished once more
She heard a squishing noise
For the witch had followed her
Maintaining her distorted poise
Viola wore and evil knowing grin
As the witch grew weak
The witch finally fell
Her face thin and bleak
Viola drew her knife
And stabbed the witch in the eye
And said, "Well, Viola,
Isn't this nice?"
"You felt so sorry for poor little Ellen
You had no other choice
As we swapped bodies I broke my promise to you
Yet I feel no remorse."
"I gave you that potion to drink
'To lessen the pain,' I said.
It just drove you to the brink
And your throat felt as if a fire burn from hell."
"You couldn't speak at all
Even with all your gall
You cared too much about strangers you don't know yet
Couldn't you be a bit less compassionate?"
A man came running to them
And in his hands he held a rifle
"Viola, dear, are you okay?
I thought I heard some dreadful!"
Ellen turned and saw Viola's father
It made her heart race
Instead inside she laughed in glee
As an unmistakable frown fell on her deceitful face
"This bad witch came and found me!
Thank goodness you're here for my safety!"
Viola tried with all her might to say even a slight whisper
But her efforts were fruitless
In the end, Viola's own father shot her in the head with no mercy
And he and Ellen walked away with no regret or guilt in her
a/n: Wow that was long. This might/is the last of all the poems, so I 'm telling you to keepan eye out for any other poems I might post. Anyways, I need to do my Laws on Exponents homework, so buh-bye! See you guys soon!
