I have been looking for a story and I can't remember the title or author. It has been updated within the last few weeks and is about the 9/11 bombing. Alexis finds Kate after she has been accidently left behind during the chaos while on a school field trip. Kate, a young beat cop at the time, struggles to protect Alexis while trying to get back to the 12th and discover who her father is. If anyone knows the title or author I would really appreciate you assistance as I have been looking now for longer than I care to admit.
