As she got deeper into the city sign of life began to dissolve. It was obvious that she wasn't suppose to be here or worse there was a reason why people didn't come here. The streets were littered of the remains of vehicles. The buildings had massive holes in all sides. It seemed as if this was a battle field that had been used for over a decade. When only it had been done in a short couple of months. Driving for another five miles the depris didn't let up it only got worse. Which if she were in a normal vehicle, would of been impossible to drive down these streets. Luckily she had made the right decision when choosing to take her grandpa's "Gravity Defier". Of course it wasn't called the Gravity Defier, her grandfather had named it "Anziehungskraft Motor Fahrrad". Which in german meant "Gravity Motor Bike". His reason for naming it was because he wasn't the one that came up with the idea. His German friend had came up with the idea. Her grandfather simply convinced him that it was merely impossible to create such a thing. So in the end her grandfather stole the idea and found it only polite to at least name it in German. Now the bike was being used to scour the city in hope of finding her grandfather. He had been taken by the "Villainous League" almost three months ago. After the VL orchestrated the coup, they took out everyone that stood in their way including her grandfather. Which she was starting to think was pointless, considering they had taken out "The Justice League". The old man didn't even rank in the same category as a superhero. Sure he was good at defying gravity, but he didn't stand a chance against superheros that could create fire with their breath or throw buildings into space. In a way she could understand the precautions they were taking. If she were a Super Villian she would probably do the same thing. Regardless, she was determined to rescue her grandfather from the jaws of VLs terror.
As she turned onto the next street, the radar on the "Gravity Defier" started showing signs of threat. From the looks of it she was approaching approximately a group of thirty enemies. Best guess was the approaching threat was only Nedo Bots but she was not taking any chances. There was no way in hell she could take them all out. The range on her Benji Bombs was only 7 feet. By the time the bomb hit the ground, the remaining Nedo Bots would be all over her. Sure her plan was to hunt down a Nedo Bot and stalk it quietly back to it's base, but dusk was upon her now. There was no sense in trying to follow the bots in the dark without a better weapon. Slowing her speed to turn around, something on the radar caught her eye.
A blue heat source? Taylor came to a complete stop with the Defier. If she remembered correctly a blue heat source meant that one of those enemies was carrying a piece of gear manufactured by her grandfather. That wouldn't make any sense though. Must be something wrong with you she said tapping on the radar. Nothing changed on the radar. If that were true it would mean that one of those bots was carrying a really old piece of gear. When her grandfather first started producing weapons and armor, every piece was marked with a tracer. The thing was that when he first started producing weapons and armor he was manufacturing the items for the first "Justice League". The first "Justice League" specifically asked that he put tracers in each item. So that each member could be tracked if they ran into trouble that they couldn't handle. The question at hand was how would they acquire such a piece of equipment. No one used rank X1 gear anymore. Not even her or her grandpa.
