Summary: a short and sweet fic that popped into my head randomly while at the supermarket ;p Please please please Play the song Slide - goo goo dolls while reading this! i hope you'll be able to feel the passion and love in jasper that compelled me to write this. Assume whatever you like about how they got there or what they were doing, I meant it innocently ;p This will probably be featured in my upcoming Jasper/bella fic that im yet to write. It was just a scene i had to get out before i forgot the feeling associated with it!
Jasper sat quietly next to Bella's sleeping form, slowly brushing his fingers through the tangle of hair that laid on her pillow. His chest swelled as she rolled over, curling into his touch. So peaceful. Finally. 'It's because of you' the voice in his head reminded him, and he smiled.

"Jasper" Her breathed sigh made his heart ache, and he absently wondered how that was even possible.
"Right here darlin'" Her eyelids fluttered open and she smiled up at him "What are you doing so far away?" Confusion crossed his face and she laughed, her eyes sparkling at him. She pulled the covers up, revealing her half dressed state.
"Come back to bed Jaz" His hair flopped over his eyes and she kissed him softly and brushed it away, he didnt know how crazy that made her. It made her think all sorts of things that werent appropriate in their current situation, and certainly not with an empath around. He didnt miss the fleeting thought thought and raised an eyebrow at the wave of lust he felt, before giving her his trademark smirk and crawling back into bed, wrapping his arms tightly around her, and nuzzling into her neck.
