Author's Note: Another fanfiction written at 3AM, so it might not be that great. Also, I'm horrible at writing poetry, but I thought I would try this free verse for Teddinique, my favorite ship. Please let me know what you think!
"I love her Dom," he said through kisses,
"I know," I whispered.
"I love you Dom," he whispered in my ear,
"I know," I whispered.
The next day he proposed.
To her.
And I,
Dominique Weasley,
Was left behind.
Overlooked.
Alone.
Not good enough.
I was her maid of honor,
Smiling as she pledged her life to you,
Though it tore me apart.
I love you,
Always have,
Always will.
And now I'm alone,
Because Teddy Lupin had to choose my sister,
Mrs. Victoire Lupin,
While Dominique Weasley,
Was left behind.
And nobody cares.
Not even him.
Not anymore.
Alone.
