"Boys Like Girls- Go" and play it while you read. That song is the reason I wanted to write this fanfic in the first place. I LOVE that song so much. It will add a cool affect, promise!*

Pan sighed. She placed her apartment key inside the hold until she felt a click. Pan twisted the doorknob to get inside.

She shut the door behind her and set her things on the sofa, soon afterwards sitting next to them. It was pitch dark except for the window which had let in some moonlight.

Pan leaned her head back and let the air out of her lungs. It had been a long day of work.

A few moments later, her phone went off.

"Trunks?" Pan murmured to herself.

The text read,

'There is some left over sushi in the fridge for you. And wasabi, too. I know it's your favorite. When you're done eating, go to our tree.'

Pan smiled. He knew her so well.

After she had finished her meal, she threw away the trash grabbed her keys before shoving them in her pocket.

She opened her front door and shut it behind her. Pan made her way down the sidewalk towards the park. She knew what Trunks had meant by 'our tree'.

It was the tree that they stood under when they had their first kiss.

Pan admired the night sky that she hadn't noticed on her eager trip to get home. It was full of stars, and as the moonlight hit the trees it created a pattern on the grass and cement path.

Without using a flashlight she found it. The tree was a giant oak with low branches. Each time they went to the park, they'd climb as high as they could and sit together to admire the view.

Placed in between a crevice in the trunk was a piece of paper.

It read,

'I hope you enjoyed the calming walk. Notice things you hadn't seen before? I hope so. This tree means a lot to me, I'm sure it means a lot to you too. Come on up and sit a while.'

Pan smiled.

She hadn't noticed all the beauty in her world until this very night. Thanks to Trunks, she finally realized how beautiful the stars and moonlit trees really were. She would see the world so much differently now.

Pan also knew what Trunks had meant. She shoved the note in her pocket and began climbing the tall Oak.

Eventually, Pan could see him.

Trunks was sitting on a branch, hugging one knee and leaving the other one loose as he offered a hand to her with a smile.

She smiled back softly and took his hand. He pulled her up next to him and they sat silently for a minute.

The sky was breathtaking from this view.

After a few moments of silence, Pan glanced over at Trunks.

"Thank you for this." Pan said, sweetly.

"For what?" Trunks asked, grabbing her hand and pecking the back of it.

"Reminding me what's beautiful in life. And also for reminding me how amazing you are." Pan replied softly.

She set her head on his shoulder and sighed.

"You're the amazing one, Pan-chan.." Trunks noted, smooching the side of her head and laying his on top of hers.

They sat there for hours, looking at the sky and playing back through their best memories with eachother.

That night, they had both realized how strong their love for each other really was.

Amazingly great.
