Deadly Frightening
Neji was walking home alone, tonight. His team practice had been a long one, today. The Chuunin Exams were nearing, and Gai-sensei was pressing them, hard. It was a full moon, the kind that lights up the land, making it perfect to walk in.
As he went to open the front door, he noticed a note, with a flower on top of it. He picked the two up and examined them. The flower was a lavender water lily, and it reflected in the bright moonlight.
Neji stared at the note, trying to read it with the light he had.
Dear Neji,
We were given two legs to walk, two hands to hold, two eyes to see, and two ears to listen. But why only one heart? Because the other was given to someone else, for us to find.
Neji, I believe you're the person I needed to find.

Neji stared at it incredulously. Who was this from? He couldn't really recognize the handwriting, and the person didn't leave a name, of course. Oh well. He could just ignore it, and let the person be. In fact, that's what he would do, he decided.
Neji went to his room, leaving the note and lily on his dresser. He yawned, and as soon as he lay down, he feel asleep.
But outside his window, someone watched him intensly. "Neji...you will love me..." The figure said, before whisking off into the night.
