This is just a moment between Roland and Regina that I came up with, since everyone's writing about OQ.

- After 'Mother'

Robin leans against the door frame that led into Regina's lounge, looking as tired as Regina feels.

The brunette looks up. "Is Roland okay?" She asks leaning against him as he sits down. Robin nods.

"I think he missed that room, I mean, when we were in New York." He says, wrapping his arms around Regina.

Regina woke a few hours later to a sobbing scream coming from upstairs. Robin, who was still cuddling her; Robin, still half asleep, jolted up and reached for his bow, which is at his feet.

"Shh.." Regina points to the ceiling. "It's just Roland. I'll go.."

Padding quietly upstairs, Regina quickly went to Roland's makeshift room. She saw a small figure sitting up on the bed, crying.

"Roland," She called softly. When he heard her, the 5 yr old ran into her arms. "Hello, my little thief." She murmured, picking him up. "Tell me what's wrong.." Tears streaked down Roland's face. Regina wiped them away with her hand and the boy cuddled deeper into her, his terror forgotten for the moment.

"Mon- monsters." He muttered, sleepiness creeping in now that he was being held. The grey bear Regina had given him, slipped from his loose grasp. Regina laid the boy down and tucked it close to the drowsy boy.

"Goodnight, littlest merry man."
