Cho couldn't help but notice that her girlfriend was scowling at a book. A book. She glanced at the cover to see a scarlet red apple in the palms of pale hands. It looked familiar.

"Darling?" she called. Hermione just continued to scowl at the pages. She sighed. When her love was enthralled in a mystical world written in pages instead of on screen, she could never get her attention. But, the scowl unsettled her. Hermione never has a bad word to say about a book, nevertheless an expression.

Cho scooted closer to the book worm and wrapped an arm around her shoulders.

"What are you reading, love?" she whispered in the girl's ear, since Hermione could only register when someone was talking to her when they spoke closely. Hermione finally looked up from the book and threw it on the table. Cho's eyes widened. Throwing a book? The former Gryffindor had lost it.

"Um, what?" She shook her head and crossed her arms.

"How could someone write this? Sparkling vampires?!" She threw her hands up in exasperation while Cho sat there confused.

"What are you talking about?" but she was ignored as her girlfriend went on a rant.

"I mean, seriously? Vampires in real life are pale, sickly, death on a stick beings! They are bloodthirsty creatures with no care except satisfaction and infection!" Cho doesn't remind her that one of their friends was a vampire now. "They do not sparkly! They do not glow! They do not fall at the feet of humans just because of their scent! Then there's that shape-shifter! How can he just stand there and let his long term crush drool over someone so disgusting!"

Cho rolled her eyes and covered the bushy haired girl's mouth. "This is fiction, Hermione."

Hermione took the hand off her mouth and scowled. "I don't care! This author has no right to write about things she knows nothing about!"

Cho let the girl calm down before replying.

"You liked the book."

"Shut up."
