Peace is never far from dreamland. However, when you wake that peace is shattered like a broken dream. You can never quite put it back together. Untill you dream again. But dreams can be hard to come by. Especially the right dream. You may drown in nightmares for the rest of your life, with that simple dream you want so far gone. Maybe it would be easier to go through life without ever dreaming. Though that peace of dreamland, that simple, wonderful bliss, is never to be found. It would be far better to have broken dreams rather than not dream at all. At least, this is what I believe…

Murdoc slightly chuckled after reading 2-D's journal entry. How could such a brainless twit write something so poetic? Murdoc threw the journal back onto his bed as he stood up. His day had just begun and he was already questioning 2-D's intellect. Sighing he stomped his way into the kitchen where he found Noodle and 2-D enjoying breakfast. They were talking about something retarded like a new video game, or toy, or something…Murdoc couldn't have cared less. Pouring himself a cup a coffee he couldn't help but glance over at 2-D. What was it about that kid? "Murdoc-san" Noodle chimed "will you sit by me?". Murdoc slightly smiled and slid into the seat next to the young guitarist. Murdoc just stared into his coffee as their mindless chatter struck up again. Suddenly, Russel entered the kitchen. "'ud morin' Russ" 2-D beamed. "Yeah…" was the only replay he got. "What's the matter with you?" Murdoc asked, with perhaps a bit too much venom in his voice. Russel glared over at the bassist and mumbled something. Murdoc was about to say some totally witty, rude comeback when 2-D's phone went off. "'ello?" he answered "ah…yea'…um…" his voice trailed off as he glanced around the room at the other band members. "One minute" he said quickly and hurried out the room. The others in the room exchanged perplexed looks. Rapidly, Murdoc stood and hustled out the room. Once more Noodle and Russel gave each other puzzled looks, then continued their meal with idle chatter.
