All of the girls were at Spencer's house the night Ali went to jail.
"Well its getting late, I'm gonna go home" Emily says while standing up off of the couch. "Do either of you want a ride?"
"Yeah sure"
"No i'll stay here", Aria says while looking at Spencer.
Spencer Smirks.
"Of course you are, because you guys are gross. Why did i even ask?" Emily jokes.
"We're gross?" Spencer act as if she's offended. "I'm pretty sure I've caught you going some pretty gross things with girls a couple of times"
Hanna cringes at the thought of somebody touching Emily in ways she's only dreamed of.
"Whats wrong Hanna?" Aria says with fake concern.
"What? Oh n-nothing-, She stutters. "actually i just realized how late it is, my moms gonna want me at home soon so we better get going"
"Whatever you say"
Hanna glares at Aria in a way that has no real malice behind it. She realizes know that telling her about her feelings was a bad idea.
"Goodbye Aria" Hanna yells as she's pushing Emily out the door.
"What was that about?" Emily questions once they're in the car.
She could do it. She could just lean over and kiss her and explain everything with her lips. Hanna's never been that good with words.
"Nothing"
Emily pulls out of Spencer's driveway.
"Why are you lying to me, you know you can tell me anything", Emily says glancing at Hanna.
Hanna turns to look out the window.
"Yeah i know i can, Em." Hanna pauses. "I just- Have you ever liked someone all of a sudden that you never thought about in that way before?"
Emily thinks for a second. "Well thats kind of how it was with Paige at first, my feelings for her just came out of nowhere" Hanna nods. "Sometimes you just have to take a chance and tell the person how you feel, the worst thing that'll happen is they won't feel the same way"
They pull up at Hanna's house.
"Why is there a new guy in your life?" Emily asks.
Hanna laughs. "No i don't think there are gonna be are gonna be any guys in my life any time soon" She turns to face Emily.
"Well then why-" She's cut off in the middle of her sentence when Hanna leans forward and their lips meet.
