Halo: Mission to Ukazia

"Ukazia, estimated time of arrival: 2 days" Cortana told Jared.
Jared was humanities greatest warrior. He wore green armor with an auto rifle. After defeating the convenant at Halo, he remained in service by doing small pest control problems. But today was different Intellegence had spotted an 'infestation' on the planet of Ukazia, and he along with a few other marines are being sent there to take care of it.
"Alright that will do, round up the troops to the docking bay!" he ordered.
Cortana nodded and dissapeared.
*following Cortana*
"C'mon troops, let's go kill some Grunts!" she yelled to the soldiers, who were spending their freetime sleeping.
"We are up already Cortana!" one of the recruits yelled as he slipped into his armor.
"The wary troops marched behind Cortana as they headed to the hangar bay.

"Be careful out there, we don't know if there are any Hunters so keep a wary eye soldiers!" Jared lectured over the commlink.
"Yeah we got ya sarge." His friend Jimmy said over the link. "Key ignition! Ready and blastoff!!" Jimmy yelled.
All of the slender jets fired off sending sparks and flames all over, as they dissapeared into space.
Two very boring days of space flight later……….
"Sarge, we have reached Ukazia." Jimmy said over the commlink. "Preparing landing procedures, in three,two,one." Under the jets large all terrain wheels slowly unfolded.
They gently landed on the green grass of the newly discovered Ukazia.
Except for the Covenant, Ukazia looked like Earth. Green trees and rivers were scattered among the gently rolling slopes. It was a beautiful place but Jared knew that someones' blood would soon soak its' green grass.
"Alright Marines lets unload, remember be careful there might be some invisible Elites or Jackals around here." Jared whispered through the microphone as they quietly unloaded the Warthog.
"This place is beautiful!" Jimmy said.
"Alright let's begin exploring, Jimmy you and a few marines get in the Warthog, The rest of you are lucky enough to walk with me!" Jared yelled.
The team began marching forward, everything was peacful until…..
"AAAHHH!!" a Marine at the end of the collumn yelled. "Elites are behind us….." the marine suddenly went quiet.
"Let's go defense tactics now!" Jared ordered as he cocked his MSB assault rifle. "Go! Go! GO!"
The troops swung around to face their attackers unleashing premature bullets which strayed off target. There were at least fifty of the marines and about 20 of the Elites.
Jared unloaded clip after clip of bullets at the oncoming Elites. Most of which merely shrugged them off.
It was chaos now, the two species were now intermingled in combat.

He swung back and forth unleashing bullets. An elite lept into the air at him, he slammed the butt of the gun in the oncoming elites face, sending it sprawling. It jumped back up as if unphased.
"Take this you piece of alien trash" he lobbed a grenadeat the elite. It exploded making blood fly everywhere.
"KYEE" the head Elite yelled. As it said that all the elites abruptly turned and ran.
"Yeah! We got `em" Jimmy yelled.
But little did he know what was to come…….
