(Notes; I came up with this story a long time age. but i needed a chance to refine it. now I have got this.)
(By combining elements from the story lines of two other very well known games.i have created what will hopefully be a long a satsfying story. This is a war story and this will take place has if earth was the Pokemon world. the time of this story will be 250000 years before now. humanity will not even be a thought. The other two games will have none of there things mentioned in this story. that is why it is not a crossover.)

The year is 2981 the arcadian republic is at war with a breakaway faction of the Arcadian republic. A genocidal faction.
We are losing this war.
Of our former 1500 worlds under our control only 5 remain. Arcadia being one of them. And all of our remainder worlds are in our home system. We were the cause of this war. No a lone insubordinate admiral was. On orders to destroy a small rebellion on the planet tarsona in the fringe World ring. He plotted a crime so violent that arceus began loathing his creations. Us . And the admiral succeeded. He completley destroyed the fleet above the world and then proceeded to bombard and lay waste to the planet from orbit decimating the populace of 400 million Arcadians has well has hundreds of thousands of Pokemon along with then .Now with his thirst for blood satistifyed he fled the now ruined planet. But what the evil man had not realized is that several ships had survived in an underground drydock The ships crews having watched the whole thing in horror cried out for Arceus to punish the tormentors and he did just that
He discovered thr location of the fleet and appeared before the fleet while they were in the process restocking oin the arltrana shipyards. The officers on the ships were startled to find out that Arceus had suddleny apperead before the fleet without warning. The fleets officers began to think that some thing was wrong. Beacuse Arceus would not show up for absolutley no reason. The fears of the officers were confirmed when Arceus unleashed a pwoerflu unrelneting attack upon the helpless fleet. A powerful storm of meteors came rainig down from the sky. Destroying all but one before they could power up thier sheilds. The admirals ship was left standing alone against the enraged creator of the universe.. The admairal and his offuicers cried out for mercy when they realized that they could not take on such a powerful force. Arceus laughed at the pathetic Arcadian's on board the ship. He bellowed out to them " why should I show you mercy when you cowards showed none to the helpless innocent on the planet. you all sicken me." He then personally punished the admairal and all of his crew killing all but the Pokemon. Arceus then released all the pokemon on board the ship and finished off what was left of it. He then dissapered from the shipyards just has he appeared. He then began forming a plan to destroy the Arcadian's . But he would need the tarsonans help to do so. He appeared before the grieving people while they were on the sister planet of their world. Offering them words of encouragement has well of rebellion. The now venguful Tarsonan'sdeclared war on the Arcadian republic And took up the name of their fallen world.
