Dimensional Trip

It was a typical, sunny, warm… well, honestly boring day. Marcus was
sitting at home when he decided to go to his friend Matt's house. "Hey
Matt, what's up" he called. "Nothin, just sittin here" he said with a sigh.
"I'll join ya" Marcus said as he sat beside his friend. They sat there for
a good ten minutes before Matt spoke up. "Hey, you know wut we
should do" he said, "We should go get kenji and play Naruto" "You
know" Marcus started, "that is a good idea. Let's go" They ran over to
see if Kenji wanted to play. They got to his house and knocked on his
door. "Hey guys what's up" he asked as he opened the door. "Nothin,
just wonderin if you wanna play Naruto with us" Marcus asked. "Yea
sure. Same rules as usual" he asked. "Yep, we each pick three
characters and can switch at any time" Matt replied. "Ok, let's go."
They went to Matt's back yard to play. "I choose Naruto, Sasuke, and
Gaara" Marcus announced. "I'm Neji, Itachi, and Sasuke" Matt said
secondly. "Ok, I'm Rock Lee, Itachi also, and Kakashi" Kenji said
thirdly. "Alright let's pl…" before Matt could continue they were
sucked down into a hole. All they heard were the names of the
characters that they picked. Naruto…Neji…Rock
Lee…Sasuke…Itachi…Gaara…Kakashi. "Where are we" Marcus said
as he woke up. "Ugh, my head hurts" Kenji exclaimed. "Ugh, are you
guys ok" Matt asked. "Yeah I'm fine, but I feel kinda weird" Kenji said.
"Me to" Matt and Marcus announced at the same time. Just then a
large tree branch fell from a giant tree from above. Kenji dodged it with
amazing speed. He was so fast that he didn't even need to get up.
"Whoa! I can see through everything, and everything around me" Matt
exclaimed. "I feel like there is some kind of incredible power inside me"
Marcus said. Then a kunai came flying through the air at the three
friends. It came from almost directly behind them, but luckily Matt
could see and grabbed Marcus and Kenji and pulled them out of the
way. "Where did that come from" Marcus exclaimed. "I have a bad
feeling" Kenji said. "Watch yourselves" Matt said.
Where did that mysterious kunai come from?
How did they get to such a strange forest?
