The night air was frigid as Janey climbed out the bedroom window, her long golden hair fluttering over her scantily clad body. Her footsteps in the thick covering of red and amber leaves were silent as she crept to the waiting passenger's seat of Matt's truck. Janey slipped into the passenger's seat quietly and as she slid over to the middle seat, Matt wordlessly approved of her white cotton dress.

"you like?", Janey laughed.

"I love.", Matt grinned.

"Let's go Matt.", Janey giggled.

Matt hit the gas immediately, speeding for the city limits. The pair was hell on wheels from the day they met. Janey still remembered that crisp autumn day, it was the first day back from Thanksgiving break two years ago, Janey met Matt between second and third period when she dropped her things in the hallway, Matt was the one who helped her pick all of her things up, their eyes met and it was love at first sight. His short black hair was brushed to the left that day and his long, luxurious eyelashes swept so softly down as he blinked.

Matt and Janey were the talk of the town when it came to mischief making. Janey had been a wild child from the moment she was born, she refused to play by the was a calm boy until he fell in love with Janey Thompson, she showed him that rules were made to be broken. They were quite a pair, an unstoppable force.

Matt stopped the truck in the Moraster field, a popular place for teens to party on friday nights. Janey and Matt emerged from the truck after several minutes. Janey caught sight of her best friend, May, and ran towards her, catching her off guard with an embrace. After gushing about her new puppy for several minutes, May finally noticed Matt standing beside her dear friend.

"Oh, hello Matt I didn't see you there. How are you and your sisters doing?", May blushed.

"We are getting along nicely now...", Matt said jokingly.

"Come on, Matt, let's go up to the hay loft.", Janey pleaded.

They snuck up to the hayloft, leaving the party behind.
