Amanda Rose was a somewhat regular teenage girl. I say somewhat because she can hold her breath for 4 hours, she has crimson hair, and electric blue eyes. She lives with her mother and her father is no where to be seen. But he did give cool gifts to her for her birthday. But then suddenly she is plunged into a world of monsters, gods and goddesses. All from Japan.

Hey guys its me. And I am starting a Percy Jackson fan fiction except this will involve Shinto beliefs and totally different characters.

Name: Amanda Rose

Parents: Mother : Charlotte Rose

Father: Ryujin; god of the sea

Powers: can breathe under water, manipulate the water, communication with sea life.

Weapons: Bracelet with three charm: a halberd, katana, Gunbai. A pink silk jacket made from strong dragon scales.

History: When Amanda's mother went to Japan for a vacation. There Charlotte met Ryujin disguised as a human. He fell in love with her and she returned his affections. They created Amanda one night during a full moon. Sadly they couldn't be together. Ryujin revealed that he was a god and that it was forbidden to mate of fall in love with a mortal. But he said that he would always love her. On her sixteenth birthday Amanda saw that she had gotten a gift from her father a jacket and a charm bracelet with three weapons on them.

Power: Manipulates fire, shape shifting, and fire breath, fire mimicry

History: When Lee was five she was told that she would be the protector of Amanda Rose. She trained to protect Amanda with her life. There were times when she wondered why she did this. Her family answered that it was an honor to guard the gods and their offspring. When Lee finally met her, it was actually pleasant. Soon the two became like sisters and Lee found even more reason to protect her.

Father ( deceased)

Power: Metal manipulation, weapon conjuring.

Weapons: Katana, battle ax, war hammer.

History: Aaron's father went on a business trip to Japan, years ago. There he met the most beautiful woman. Her name was Kanayama-hime, she disguised herself as a human at the time. There they both fell in love and created Aaron. When Aaron was in junior high, his father died of an illness. There he was sent to a camp were children of gods and creatures live to stay safe from enemies.

Name: Justin Hawthorne

Parents: Father: Amatsu Mikaboshi

Mother ( lives in camp, presumed dead)

Infant sister

Power: Absorption, fire manipulation.

Weapons: retractable sword.

History: Justin's mom met his father at a party back in Japan. They had a one night stand. But Amatsu came back when he heard that she was pregnant with his son. When he was born Amatsu trained him to be like him. Justin's mother disapproved of this and ran from it all. She was later pregnant with another child one that came from the god of the moon. Amatsu found out about this and sent creatures to kill her and the baby. But she was saved and was sent to the camp for protection.

Father: Izanagi

Powers: light manipulation, sky manipulation, creation.

Weapons: Bow and arrows

History: Laura's mom went to Japan to study beliefs. There she met Izanagi. He was kind and showed her the beauty of the world. Together they had created their own beauty: Laura. She lived in Japan for 4 years until she moved to America, with just her mother. She was later sent to the camp for protection. There she trains to be like her father.
