Chrom wasn't too surprised to find Robin dozing atop an open book in the library with stacks more beside her. The subjects of the tomes seemed to cover a variety of things–herb lore, magic, history–like she was trying to familiarize herself with things she might've forgotten.
They would be marching to Regna Ferox in a few days and it seems that the young amnesiac had decided to pass the time by burying herself in the library when she wasn't training or getting to know the other Shepherds.
Robin told him she didn't remember anything about her life before she passed out on the field, but judging by her near childish reaction to seeing Ylisse's library lined floor to ceiling with books, Chrom knew he had found a bookworm.
Regardless, it was getting late. Thinking she would be more comfortable in an actual bed, Chrom went over to the tactician and gently shook her shoulder.
"Mmnn…not now, Morgan," Robin mumbled a little incoherently in response, "I'm tired…"
Morgan? Titling his head in confusion at the unfamiliar name, Chrom decided to ask her about it tomorrow.
She does't appear to be the type that can be awake and alert within a second at the slightest provocation, but he imagined that would change once she began participating in Frederick's Fanatical Fitness Hour. For now though, he figured it would be better to let her sleep.
Knowing she was just going to be back here once day came, Chrom made sure the servants working in the library knew to leave the books she was browsing as they were. He gently lifted Robin up into his arms. She was surprisingly light and did not wake on the route to her room, but she did mutter a warning to Morgan to 'put your daddy's sword down or else' midway.
Reaching her room, he nudged the door open with his shoulder. He thought about removing her cloak and boots, but he was really too afraid to do anything else once she was on her bed. He settled to covering her with the sheets and left her room quietly to retire to his own.
An hour later, Robin woke up, not remembering what she just dreamt about and was surprised to find herself in her room and not in the library, where she remembered being last. She pondered that for a moment. Maybe she had been dreaming about being in the library and somehow gotten mixed up? She did spend a lot of time there these days. Deciding to not think too hard about it, she got up from her bed and stretched.
That was a nice nap. Maybe she could to go to the library and find another book to read.
