Just a little drabbly piece, since I haven't posted anything in a very long time. I've been working on a few oneshots, so you can be expecting them soon. =P

Disclaimer: It ain't mine…yet.

Good. What does that mean? Is it particularly special? Is she particularly special? No. She was in the right place at the right time, she took her best friends downfall to her advantage. That didn't sound very goodly to her. And surely Elphaba didn't think it was goodly either. Or maybe it was? For her? For the Wizard? For Oz?

Maybe goodly isn't what everyone thought it was. Or is. Maybe being deemed Glinda the Good for the rest of her life isn't an honour. It certainly isn't any more. It's a punishment. A reminder of what she did to Elphaba, what she's doing to Oz. And what she's doing to herself.

Nothing she thinks matters to Oz. She's just a pretty bobble-head for the Wizard. She says what she has been told to say, preaches what she has been told to preach. Nothing is hers anymore. Everything has been put their by the Wizard, to make her the perfect model of what all of Oz should be. And the people, they fall for it. They look up to her, model themselves after her, from the things she says to her hairstyles.

She wants to scream at them, tell them what they are doing is wrong, what the Wizard is doing is wrong. But she doesn't have the power to do that now. Elphaba would have. Elphaba IS doing that. But Glinda isn't like that, she never had the mental strength or stability Elphaba has. Even in school, she wore what everyone else was wearing, just to be 'popular'. She's popular now, but now she loathes it, even the word. It's almost as bad as the word 'Good'.

Hope you enjoyed. Please R&R.
