Sad news to share. Miyu Matsuki, known to us for her anime performance as Hikari Konohana, passed away on October 27 following hospital admittance for acute pneumonia. Along with Hikari, she was known for performances as Hisui from Melty Blood, Sapphire from Fate/Prillya, Anna from Shimoneta, Cthuko from Nyaruko-san, Lailah from Tales of Zestiria, and many others.
As a creative group, the works we produce exist in part because of the inspiration gifted us by the work of actresses and actors such as Matsuki-san. Join with me now in remembering her, and offering commiserations and best wishes to her family, friends, and colleagues.
Matsuki-san passed at only 38 - far too young for a light so bright.
