"Nick?" Macy Misa walked outside into the backyard of the Lucas L.A. home to find Nick by the pool with his guitar.

He looked up with a smile, "Hey Macy, what's up?"

Macy took the opportunity to take in his presence. He was just so adorable in plaid, blue plaid at that. His eyes stood out, his beautifully normal chocolate brown eyes, in the setting Californian sunlight. His rolled up jeans gave way to his tanning legs that were kicking back and forth in the clear blue pool water. His smile was welcoming and in a way, adoring when he looked at Macy. She hadn't seen him look at many girls like that before, that made her happy. Penny Lockhart temporarily flashed across her mind but the memory was quickly shooed out of her brain when she'd felt Nick pinch the back of her leg.

"Checking out the sunset?" Nick asked inviting her to sit down beside him.

Gladly obliging as she snapped back to reality, Macy sat down to Nick, "Yeah," she sighed, "it's really gorgeous out here, I can't thank you enough for letting me come with Stella for the summer."

Nick laughed to himself for a moment, "What's so funny?" Macy asked nudging Nick with her elbow.

"Can you imagine what a summer without Macy Misa would be like? Because I can't," Nick smiled, "not with… nevermind."

Macy frowned, "With what?"

"We've talked about it already, Macy," Nick sighed.

The smile crept back upon her face, "What? With us liking each other and everything?"

Nick nodded, "And if you've noticed over the past year, I'm not exactly what you'd call a ladies' man."

"You're Nick Lucas! You're a rockstar, being a ladies' man comes with the territory," Macy smiled, "you don't necessarily have to be any good at it, but regardless of the fact, millions of girls still see you as this cool, ultra suave "it" boy."

"I don't want those other girls that are looking at me that way," Nick explained, "I want you."

"You've already got me Nick Lucas, all you've gotta do is take the reins. I like you just fine," Macy reassured him.

"See!" Nick exclaimed.

Macy giggled, "What?"

"You just seem so different. Like, I'm seeing you in this whole new light from this completely different perspective. It's incredible," Nick confessed.

"I think I've just done a lot of maturing over the year."

Macy pulled her feet out of the water and stood up. She held her hand out to Nick, "Come on," Macy smiled.

"What?"

"We never finished destroying Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star on that guitar of yours."

Nick smiled taking hold of her hand and standing with his guitar, "Be kind to Ellie, I just tuned her, I would hate for you to break one of her strings."

Macy scoffed, "You said I was good!"

"That wasn't a lie… but that was on Julius, Kevin's guitar, that thing would make Stella a bonafide B.B. King."

Everyone knew that statement alone was a stretch, a far stretch, so with a snort Macy replied, "Then I must be Santana… or whoever would be a step up from B.B. King."

I'm not liking the ending of this. Anyone got any better ideas? Are there any betas out there willing to help a gleek out? I hope that I get reviews! I'm offering free cookies!

P.S. Should I continue this or not?

Please review!
