This isn't a story, but I wanted to share some poetry that I've written about SSD. I originally posted this first poem on Twitter a few months back, so those that follow me on there will recognize it. POstables remain hopeful that this beloved series will be renewed.

Disclaimer: I do not own Signed, Sealed, Delivered or any of the characters in it, they belong to the very talented Martha Williamson.

Ode to SSD

"To Whom it May Concern", won't you find your "Higher Ground"?
These characters are "One in a Million" and we need them around.

Martha takes "The Road Less Traveled" and writes stories "From the Heart".
Your deafening silence is tearing us apart.

In "For Christmas" a guardian angel was sent from above.
Oliver gifted Shane a porch swing in "From Paris with Love".

"The Future Me" revealed Rita's unsquashable spirit and virtue.
It was Norman's encouraging words that came to her rescue.

"Home Again" showed Shane think outside the box once again.
We witnessed Oliver escort her to work, like a true gentleman.

Our heroes halted a man's revenge plot, and they earned "The Dark of Night".
They gave his daughter "A Hope and a Future", and helped him do things right.

"Signed, Sealed, Delivered" is a pure "Masterpiece".
Why would you let this "Treasure Box" cease?

Shouldn't our unrelenting sadness be your cue?
"Truth be Told" POstables, we are "Lost Without You".

"Soulmates" Oliver and Shane have approached "The Edge of Forever".
Their wedding would be Hallmark's greatest endeavor.

Norman and Rita's story shouldn't end with a trip "To the Altar".
Please don't let their innocent love story falter.

"It's Time to Start Livin'", we need "Something Good"
We're praying your quiet intentions are misunderstood.

Renewing this beloved show should not be an "Impossible Dream".
Seeing the talents of Crystal, Geoff, Kristin and Eric would make POstables beam.
