-Konoha's New Yellow Flash: Chapter 1-
12 years ago, a nine tailed fox suddenly appeared. It's tails lashed out, smashing mountains and sending tidal waves crashing to the shores. The shinobi rose up to defend their villages.
"Hold the attack and wait for the Fourth Hokage!" A ninja said.
Then another ninja spoke as he looked towards to see the Kyuubi. "It's getting closer!"
One shinobi faced the nine tailed fox in mortal combat. He sacrificed his life to capture the beast and seal it in a human body. This ninja was known as the Fourth Hokage.
There then showed baby girl crying as she laid down in the middle of circle of candles, naked and has a seal on her stomach. The baby girl has yellow blonde hair with red tips, blue sapphire eyes and whisker marks on her cheeks. This baby girl is Naruko Uzumaki and she is the Jinchuriki of the Nine Tailed Fox.
-Naruko, age 7-
It's been a year since Naruko was kicked out of the village's orphanage by the mean caretaker. So she has been living on the streets and steal things when she needs too.
three months ago, she found a meadow in the forest that has a cave, cherry blossom trees surrounding the meadow and the field is made of different flowers. Ever since she found the meadow, she has been sleeping the cave in the meadow. Also a month ago, she found a three tailed fox, who she bonded with making the fox a nin-fox when they bonded.
The three tailed nin-fox is white with red eyes and named Kira. Kira has two forms, her normal small size or her bigger size (the same size as Kirara in Inuyasha), which lets her fly. Naruko and Kira have a telepathic link due to their bond. Kira can also speak but she doesn't always talk, only talking to her mistress in through their telepathic link.

Naruko is running away from mod of shinobi, who attacked her for being a 'demon brat'. She then felt something weird run through her whole body before she got faster then the shinobi. Before the shinobi's eyes, Naruko was gone in a flash of yellow in a blink of an eye.
Naruko flashed through the streets of Konoha, the people on the streets could only see a yellow flash and look like they have seen a ghost when they saw the yellow flash. When Naruko finally stopped, she was in the meadow and was shocked to see she got their faster then normal.
She laid down on the field, feeling tired after what just happened. She felt Kira curl up by her and laying her head on her stomach. She reached down and started petting Kira on her head, causing her to purr. Naruko closed her and soon fell asleep, whatever happened to her made her really tired.
A hour later, a Anbu wearing a dog mask appeared in the meadow to find the sleeping form of Naruko Uzumaki with a three tailed fox curled up by her. The Anbu goes over to them to pick the girl up to take her to the Hokage but stopped when the fox stood up in front of the sleeping girl and started growling at him.
The Anbu raised his hands up to show he means no harm. "I'm not going to hurt her, the Third Hokage has been looking for her for a year."
"You better not hurt my mistress." Kira said with a growl before moving out of the way for the dog mask man.
The Anbu was shocked to hear the three tailed fox talk but soon got over. He went over to Naruko and picked her up before leaving the meadow with Kira following after him.

Hiruzen Sarutobi was a little shocked but happy when he saw the Anbu known as Inu bring Naruko Uzumaki to his office after finding her. He was shocked to see a white three tailed fox with red eyes with them figured that little Naruko probably befriended it.
He has been trying to find Naruko for a year since she was kicked out of the orphanage by the caretaker of the orphanage. He got Naruto a two story house since he knew that no one but someone from the Red District would give her apartment and he would never let her live in the Red District side of Konoha.
He watches as Inu places Naruko gently on the couch and as the three tailed fox move over to her, laying in front of the couch to block people from getting close to her mistress.
"Where did you find her?" Hiruzen asked.
"I found her and the three tailed fox in a meadow in the forest. It seemed like she sleeps in the meadow." Inu told the Hokage. "Also it seems that Naruko has bonded with the fox and it seems to think her as her mistress. The fox is also very protective over her."
Hiruzen nodded with a smile. "Thank you, Inu. You may go now."
Inu nodded with a slight bow to the Hokage before he shunshin out of the office.
-A few hours later-
It's been a few hours since Inu found Naruko along with her fox partner and brought them to the Hokage's office. Naruko is still asleep on the couch in the office.
Naruko opens, blinking a few times and noticed that she was laying on a couch in a room and wasn't in the meadow. She sat up on the couch, she saw Kira laying in front of the couch and saw her grandfather, Hiruzen.
"Hokage-Jiji, how did I get here?" Naruko asked getting the attention of Hiruzen, who was doing paperwork and Kira, who was just relaxing but still guarding her mistress.
"Inu found you sleeping in the meadow and brought here along with your three tailed fox friend. I have been looking for you for a year after you were kicked out of the orphanage." Hiruzen told her.
Naruko nodded. Kira jumps onto the couch before laying by her mistress and laying her head in her mistress' lap. "So are you going to sent me back to the orphanage?" She asked.
"No you're not going back to the orphanage, the caretaker will just kick you out again. I had some of my Anbu make you big two story house in the forest close by the Hokage Mountain, which has 3 bedrooms."
"Thank you Hokage-Jiji." Naruko smiled brightly at Hiruzen.
'She is so cute!' Hiruzen and the two Anbu in the office thought.

It's been a week since Naruko and Kira started living in their new home, the two story house that Hiruzen had made for her. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a basement and a attic.
Naruko is starting the academy today and Kira is going with her. She is a black short sleeve top with the Uzumaki Symbol on the back and front, orange knee high shots and black-orange sandals.
"Let's get going, Kira." Naruko called out to her fox partner. "We're meeting Jiji at the Academy."
*Hai, Naru-hime.* Kira said through their telepathic link.
Naruko and Kira left their house, with the blonde activating the locking seal on the house, so no one can break into it while they are gone. They then left and walked the academy, Naruko getting glares by the villagers, who are also whispering mean things about the young blonde to each other.

Once the human and fox duo got to the academy, they saw the Third Hokage waiting for them in front of the academy. They walked over to him, Naruko quickly gave Hiruzen a hug, which he returned before they pulled away from their hug.
"Good morning, Jiji." Naruko greeted her grandfather figure.
"Good morning, Naruko-chan, Kira." Hiruzen greets his granddaughter figure and her fox partner. "So are you exited to start the academy?"
Naruko nodded with a big smiled. "Yep."
"Well let's get to class where you will be in." Hiruzen smiled at the blonde before leading Naruko and Kira into the academy and to a classroom. "Wait right here while I talk to your teacher." He then walked into the classroom.
Iruka stood when he saw that the Third Hokage was here in his classroom. "Good morning, Hokage-sama. How may I help you?" He asked.
"I'm here to tell you that you have a new student and I'm dropping them off." Hiruzen told Iruka. He was didn't mention the gender of Naruko because he wanted it to be a surprise.
Iruka nodded. "Okay, where are they? Also are they a boy or girl?"
"They are outside in the hall and what their gender is a secret. Let me go get them." Hiruzen left the classroom. "You can come in now."
Naruko walked into the classroom with Kira by herself. When she walked into the classroom, she got the attention of the class and the teacher. She stopped in front of class with a slight blush.
The boys all thought she was cute, while the girls also thought she was cute and was jealous that she was cuter then them. The teacher, Iruka knew who Naruko was.
"Please introduce yourself." Iruka said.
"I'm Naruko Uzumaki and this is partner, Kira. It's nice to meet you all." Naruko said with a cute smile.
Iruka smiled at Naruko. "Alright go seat on one of the empty seats."
Naruko nodded before walked from the class to the back and saw down by black haired 7 year old boy, who has black hair tied up in a spiky ponytail. "Hi. Who are you" She asked him
"Hi, Naruko-san. I'm Shikamaru Nara." He greeted the cute blonde. "Troublesome."
After the Hokage left the classroom, the class started and they started learning about the ninja world and everything.

The Hiraishin isn't a jutsu, it's a kekkei genkai. Naruko is activated her father's kekkei genkai, the Hiraishin and it looks like she might be the new Yellow Flash of Konoha.
